SSC GD Constable 2018: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released notification to recruit Constable (GD) in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Force (ITBP) Sahastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and rifleman (GD) in Assam rifles.
The staff selection commission offering over 54,953 different ground duty (GD) constable jobs in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, NIA and SSF forces.
The candidates who intend to apply online for SSC GD constable 2018 can apply from 24th July to 24th August 2018 on ssc.nic.in by selecting SSC online registration. All the aspiring candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria like age limit, educational qualification for the various posts to apply online.

SSC GD Constable 2018 Application form
SSC GD Constable 2018 Apply online: application form submission and registration process has started on 17th August 2018 and the last date to submit the application would be on 17th September 2018. However, application fee payment for offline challan payment can be made till 20th September 2018.
The SSC GD Constable 2018 online registration process is divided into two parts: Part 1 registration and Part 2 registration. Candidates can make the online payment by using any mode of payment like a debit card, credit card, and net banking.
The candidates can also make the payment via SBI Challan process. All you need to do is to generate the challan online and deposit the fee in any of the nearest SBI branches, then move on to complete the Part 2 registration.

1. Go to the SSC online registration link to apply online for SSC GD Constable 2018
Fill in the details to register online and note down the SSC online registration number allotted to you for the future reference. Candidates will be asked to fill the details like name, roll number, father’s name, Aadhar card number etc. After filling all these details correctly, click on the submit button.
2. Upload signature and photo
Scan the photo and signature and upload it in the JPG format. Before uploading, also read the instructions carefully to upload signature and photo.
3. Fill in the application form
After uploading photo and signature successfully, you will be required to fill the details like educational qualification, examination center, and preference of posts etc. After carefully filling the instructions, click on the submit button to move on to the next step.
4. Make the fee payment
To pay the fee, you can pick any of the two online payment modes available and then click on the submit button to proceed. You can make the payment via challan or by paying online using your debit card, credit card or net banking. After making the payment, you will move on to the next step.
5. Print application form after successful submission of fee.
After successful payment of the fee, just go to the home page again to download the submitted application form. Click on the “print application form’ and fill in the registration details to download and print the application form.
SSC GD Constable 2018 Exam Dates
SSC GD Constable 2018 Exam Dates yet to be released, however it’s expected to be held in November 2019. Candidates requires to clear the written examination to appear for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Eligibility criterion for SSC GD Constable 2018: The staff selection commission has set a definite criterion for the eligibility to apply for SSC GD 2018 , here is the brief.
Education qualification: The candidate should have passed matriculation or its equivalent (10th class) State Board or University or Institute.
Age limit as on 01-08-2018: the candidate should be at minimum age of 18 years and should not be more than 23 years. There is age relaxation for reserved categories. The age relaxation will depend on the reservation category like PH (Physically Handicapped) 10 years, backward class 13 years, Physically Handicapped and ST/ SC 15 years and so on.

SSC GD Constable Syllabus and Exam Pattern
SSC GD Constable 2018 syllabus has been released by the commission and the candidates have to be through in the mentioned topics to be in the merit list.
